Hopefully this page will give you all the background information you need to resolve my concerns/problems with Kimber Nold - Certified HOA Management Inc. - Property Management Company for Surfcrest One Inc. and their BODs, as well as Surfcrest Corp Inc and Surfcrest Two Inc., to determine if she is even a qualified/valid Community Manager and what you might be able to do about that?
Brief Summary Of My Concerns
Due to the detailed law suit below, the fact that Certified HOA Management Inc. is a suspended ftb/sos Corporation, that Kimber Nold has numerous unpaid FTB Liens against her, that her R.E. Seles License is not placed with a broker, that she has 8 known aliases, and per the law suit fraudlently acquired contracts with Surfcrest Corp. Inc, Surfcrest One Inc, and Surfcrest Two Inc that she is not legally authorized to be a Community Mannagement Co., or a Community Manager and should be restricted from representing all of our mentioned HOAs and any other HOAs she has aquired due to her fraudulent acquisitions that caused the law suit below. Please advise what legal actions can be taken to have her fired from our HOAs.At the Nov. 2023 Surfcrest One Zoom Meeting we were told by a BODs Director Surfcrest One Inc BODs that Optimum Professional Management https://www.optimumpm.com/ who was our Property Mgmt. Co, for ~ two years was terminated and that our new HOA Propery Management Company would be Bryant Nold Enterprises LLC (a merger of them and Certified HOA Property Management - not a CACM approved Property Mgmt. Co.or Licensed R.E. Agent/Brtoker, no website we can find https://bryantnoldenterprisesllc.com/ ) and that Kimberly Nold would not be our Community Manager. As of 3-5-24 NONE OF THAT HAS COME TRUE. We were given Certified HOA Management Inc with Kimber Nold as our Community Manager - https://certifiedhoamgmt.com/ with NO reference to Bryant Nold Enterprises LLC.
Therefore, I feel I am being defrauded by our BODs and Certified HOA Mgmt. Co. and I seek legal advise about if it is possible given the information below to have Certified HOA Mgmt & the BODs removed from Surfcrest One Inc & Surfcrest Corp. (of which I am a valad homeowner) from representing our Communituy? Same for Surfcrest Two Inc. of which I am not a member, but since Certified HOA represents all three of our HOAs defrauding them all.
Finally, I would like to know if there is a way to Recall all members of the BODs for Derilection of Duty for contracting such a fraudlent Community Management Company such as Certified HOA Management Inc.?
